I offer specialised programs to build emotional literacy, focusing on the crucial age of 4–7 years old, where children begin formal schooling and navigating complex social groups. My goal is not instant self-regulation, but providing the foundational understanding that makes future regulation possible.

This interactive workshop uses story, movement, and art to gently introduce core emotional concepts. While children this age are too young to fully master self-regulation, our focus is on building confidence in expression and emotional awareness.
What Kids Learn & Benefit:

At this young age, children need co-regulation (support from a trusted adult) much more than self-regulation. This parent workshop is built on the philosophy that modeling and teamwork are the keys to emotional development.

My child absolutely loved Kristyna's emotions workshop! It was fun, creative and perfectly suited for 4–7 year olds. Kristyna has such a warm, calming energy and made every child feel comfortable. My little one learned so much about feelings and even uses the techniques at home — highly recommend!
My son recently attended Kristyna's “Journey Through Our Feelings” workshop, and it was such a positive experience. Kristyna is incredibly warm, patient, and understanding —she really knows how to make children feel safe and supported.
I was so impressed with how thoughtfully she helped my child explore and express his emotions. The activities were creative, the environment was calm and nurturing, and her follow-up feedback was detailed and heartfelt.
I truly appreciate the care she puts into her work and how she helps children build confidence and emotional awareness. Highly recommend her workshops to any parent looking for a kind, professional, and emotionally intelligent facilitator.
