1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which coaching and consultancy services are provided.
By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms in full. These terms apply to all individual clients, parent clients, and organisational clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Nature of Services
All services provided are coaching and consultancy-based.
They are:
Non-clinical
Non-medical
Not a substitute for therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care
Not diagnostic services
Not crisis or emergency support
Services focus on:
Wellbeing support
Communication and relational understanding
Neurodivergence-informed coaching and consultancy
Practical strategies for real-life application
3. Professional Scope & Responsibility
The Coach/Consultant provides guidance, tools, and structured support within a professional non-clinical framework.
The Coach/Consultant is responsible for:
Delivering services with care, professionalism, and ethical practice
Operating within their scope of practice
Maintaining appropriate professional boundaries
Referring clients to appropriate services where necessary
The Client is responsible for:
Their own decisions, actions, and outcomes
How they apply any insights, tools, or strategies provided
Seeking additional professional support where appropriate
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
4. Appointments & Delivery
Services may be delivered in-person or online, depending on agreement at the time of booking.
Session length and structure will be confirmed prior to each appointment or package.
The Coach/Consultant reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where appropriate professional boundaries or safety concerns arise.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
Individuals
Payment is required in full via bank transfer only.
Payment must be made prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of the Coach/Consultant.
Organisations / Corporate Clients
Invoices are issued with 14-day payment terms, unless otherwise agreed.
Purchase orders or written agreements may be required before commencement.
All fees will be clearly communicated before services begin.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
More than 48 hours' notice: session may be rescheduled without charge
Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of session fee will be charged
Less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance: full fee applies
This ensures fairness and respect for time and availability.
7. Emergencies & Exceptions
The Coach/Consultant understands that genuine emergencies may occur.
If an emergency arises, clients are expected to make contact as soon as possible. Each situation will be reviewed fairly and individually.
If the Coach/Consultant needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:
a priority rescheduled session, or
a full refund for that session
8. Refund Policy
Once services have commenced, refunds are not typically provided.
This includes individual sessions and packages, as time, preparation, and professional availability are allocated in advance.
In exceptional circumstances, unused sessions within a package may be paused or rescheduled at the discretion of the Coach/Consultant.
9. Confidentiality
All client information shared within sessions is treated as confidential.
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where:
There is a serious risk of harm to the client or others
There are safeguarding concerns
Disclosure is required by law or a court order
Where appropriate and safe, the client will be informed if confidentiality needs to be breached.
10. Safeguarding & Risk
The Coach/Consultant operates within safeguarding responsibilities and may need to act if there are concerns regarding risk of harm.
Where possible, any concerns will be discussed with the client before action is taken, unless doing so would increase risk.
11. Boundaries of Communication
Unless otherwise agreed within a specific package:
Communication is limited to scheduled sessions.
Email contact is used for administrative purposes only.
There is no expectation of ongoing or immediate support outside sessions.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Coach/Consultant is not liable for:
decisions made by clients
outcomes resulting from the application of coaching or consultancy work
indirect or consequential losses
Clients remain fully responsible for their own choices and actions.
13. Professional Disclaimer
All services are coaching and consultancy-based and do not constitute:
medical advice
psychological therapy
psychiatric treatment
crisis intervention
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support where required.
14. Amendments
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most recent version will always apply to services provided.

By booking or engaging in services, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
