Q1: Who is this coaching for?

This is for anyone tired of pretending, feeling stuck, lost, or overwhelmed. If you want to challenge yourself, find your purpose, grow personally, or get real support for yourself or your team, this is for you.

Q2: What exactly do you do as a coach?

I work 1:1 and with teams to help people stop hiding, figure out what's holding them back, build confidence, set boundaries, and finally live in a way that feels authentic. I bring honesty, challenge, and my lived experience. 

 

Q3: How does your coaching work?

The duration and intensity of our work depend entirely on the goals we set and the program you select. We work together over a structured period ranging from 3 sessions up to 12 sessions (or more). You'll get sessions, worksheets, exercises, email/WhatsApp support, and progress check-ins. I meet you where you are and give tools and guidance to handle life's challenges while keeping it real. 

Q4: Can coaching really help me change?

Yes. But it's not magic. I provide the tools, support, and challenge, but the real change happens when you do the work. That said, having someone who gets you, challenges you, and guides you makes it far easier and less overwhelming.


 Q5: I'm scared or unsure if coaching is for me. What do I do?

That's completely normal. Coaching is a safe space where you can be honest, make mistakes, and grow. We'll start where you are, no judgment, no pressure. If you're unsure, I also offer a 30-minute free session so we can get to know each other and see if we're the right fit, or if coaching is the right step for you.

 Q6: I've tried coaching before and it didn't work. How is this different?

I bring real-life experience, honesty, and empathy. I don't just give advice. I've lived it. I challenge you, guide you, and give tools that actually help, not just theory. I make you feel seen, heard, and understood. Past clients have walked away with stronger boundaries, clearer communication, increased self-trust, less burnout, and more energy to show up as themselves. You'll leave with tools, language, and strategies that work for your neuro type. 

 Q7: What if I'm scared to open up or not sure this is the right time?

That's completely valid. Many of my clients feel that way at the start. This is a safe, non-judgmental space where you get to set the pace. You don't have to have it all figured out. Just a willingness to explore who you are underneath the mask.
