I Don't Just Coach, I Get It.

I don't coach from a textbook. I coach from experience. I'm a certified life coach, trauma-informed, and trained in emotional regulation, but my real qualification is that I've lived through the hard stuff people don't talk about: Abuse, betrayal, burnout, and rebuilding from nothing.

Lived Experience, Not Just Theory: I know what it feels like to lose yourself and how to find your way back. You'll be coached by someone who has navigated abusive relationships, financial betrayal, parenting while finding myself again, and being neurodivergent in a world that doesn't always get it.

No Judgment, Pure Honesty: You'll never get fake smiles or empty "you're doing great"s. I'll give you a raw, real, and messy space, and I'll meet you there with honesty, empathy, and challenge.

We're not here to sprinkle positivity over your pain; we're here to strip away the layers of "shoulds" and "what-ifs." I will tell you the truth (even when it's uncomfortable) and push you to grow, but I'll also be there to hold your hand when you stumble.
