I am so happy that I was given Kristyna as a Life Coach. She made me feel completely comfortable and heard throughout our sessions and that I was in a place of trust and understanding. She was able to cut through all of my doubts and make me see past my old behaviour patterns by encouraging me to challenge old beliefs around situations I had become stuck in. I went to Kristyna when I realised my lack of confidence was holding me back from trying to date again. I have been single for 6 years so I have forgotten what it’s like to feel confident, look after myself and go out and try and date. I felt like Kristyna just got me and understood exactly how I was feeling. She coached me through different rituals and habits I could easily implement into my life that made me see my self-worth again and feel good about myself.
