Authenticity & Leadership Coach For Neurodivergent Professionals
I'm Kristyna, a Certified Life Coach and currently work for the NHS as a Recovery Coach, supporting individuals living with personality disorders. I'm also a qualified in Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace because well-being isn't just personal, it's professional too.
Originally from Czech Republic, I was a university student studying Humanities when I made a bold move to the UK. I didn't speak a word of English when I arrived but I stayed. Ten years on, the UK has become my home, and for the past three years, I've been doing the work I love most: coaching.
I've had the privilege of supporting individuals, each with their own challenges and strengths. My coaching style is both challenging and compassionate.
I'm not here to fix anyone, but to walk beside them as they uncover their power, rewrite their stories, and lead with confidence. I'm also a mother of two, and I firmly believe that building a fulfilling family life and a meaningful career is possible. It's not always easy, but it is absolutely worth it.
I'm currently awaiting confirmation of my autism diagnosis. For most of my life, I've felt different like I was sensing and processing the world in a way others didn't quite understand. Working in diverse teams and with neurodivergent clients, I've come to realise that these differences aren't deficits, they are strengths. Being neurodivergent comes with its own challenges, yes, but also with incredible insight, creativity, and depth.
I now support neurodivergent professionals to embrace who they are unapologetically, and to show companies that neurodiversity isn't a burden. It's an asset. Every neurodivergent mind works differently, and that diversity is exactly what many teams are missing.
If you're looking for someone who gets what it means to feel different, who has walked through struggle, and who truly believes in the power of transformation, you're in the right place.
